1-In the framework of HEEPF management for maintaining the outcomes of the first phase projects and the goals they successfully achieved, university evaluation on the implementation of projects sustainability plans and their impact is required through projects monitoring committees and UPMU manager after their handing over.

In view of all the submitted reports, HEEPF will prepare a collective report for all universities to be submitted to the supreme Council of Universities (SCU).
2-Recently, HEEPF is arranging sustainability site visits for all hand-over projects in higher educational Egyptian institutes with complete coordination from HEEPF management ,M&E teams and sustainability follow up committees formed by different higher educational institutes.
